The Asian Food Mafia is a coalition of veteran chefs consisting of Chris Cheung, Suchanan Aksornnan, Doron Wong, Edward Lin, Lien Lin & Medwin Pang. The group brings together Asian-American chefs and restaurateurs, providing a forum to pool resources and ideas, and to drive the conversation on Asian cuisine in NYC.

Join us for this special 9 course family-style dinner by an impressive lineup of 9 NYC Chefs who have collaborated on this fundraiser to benefit The Chef's Connection Line Cook School. The school trains and places unemployed people in restaurants around New York City pro bono and has been kept alive by founder, Alan Batt, who is a reknown food photographer fondly known by the industry as "Battman". Alan's generosity and dedication has enabled the school to offer classes, supplies and equipment without any cost to the students. We hope you will join us for this fundraising dinner and help us give back to an organization that is so important to NYC's food scene today!

Please join an esteemed group of New York chefs and food entrepreneurs (affectionately known as the Asian Food Mafia) as they share their behind-the-business insights and discuss the influences and impact of Asian food in America. Followed by cocktails and samplings from the kitchens of featured chefs.
